Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis planning, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to guarantee the highest quality of care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the agency's high standards.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners and state agencies, advocating for client needs and ensuring access to services.

• Foster open and effective communication with other team members, enhancing collaboration in achieving our organizational goals.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences and participating in task forces relevant to mental health practice.

• Promote and integrate the agency's mission and values in all interactions with clients and community stakeholders.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functionality of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including those facing emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, and those in need of support due to developmental disabilities or acquired brain injury.
