Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while continuously delivering care to our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that meets Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering some flexibility based on our patients' needs. Utilizing state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, you will collaborate with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care is provided to all patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, gathering detailed information to identify patient needs, histories, and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities.

• Implement effective and evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, on a one-on-one basis and in group therapy settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducation and support groups, providing a sense of community and empowerment for participants as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• Coordinate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular case consultations to ensure all aspects of patient care are addressed, from medical to psychological support.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing de-escalation techniques and empathetic communication during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and relevant treatment options to foster awareness and promote self-advocacy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing unique life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
