Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. While the role is primarily conducted from your home, you will have access to our outpatient facilities in Orlando for collaborative team meetings and training sessions as needed. Our structured work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, understanding the unique experiences of each client to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to fit clients' specific cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient data management.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to provide coordinated care, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and provide guidance in challenging situations.

• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing culturally responsive individual and group therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and a keen ability to navigate technology to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
