This remote position offers a flexible work environment that allows you to help clients from the comfort of your chosen location, while still being part of a cohesive and supportive team. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate patient scheduling and needs. You’ll engage with clients through virtual platforms, maintain strong communication with colleagues, and participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on care strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patient needs, identifying underlying issues that may impact treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that foster understanding and healing among participants.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health concerns and promote resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care tailored to each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy to a diverse array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
