Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will mainly work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and our goal is to provide culturally responsive care that addresses their unique experiences and needs. Help clients make meaningful progress toward their therapeutic goals while fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated compassion and empathy, with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective client load management.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record with licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-degree experience is required, we prefer candidates with a background working in outpatient settings who have an understanding of teletherapy. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care can enhance your ability to support clients effectively.
