Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families with a strong focus on modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and support among participants.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest mental health research and treatment strategies.

As a therapist at Oracle Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journey. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and ethical treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated experience conducting mental health assessments and creating effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Proven ability to provide both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth technology.

• A collaborative spirit and the capacity to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
