Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in creating a work-life balance that most fits your lifestyle. Although the therapist will primarily work from home, weekly online meetings will ensure that you strengthen connections with your colleagues in a supportive community health clinic environment. The standard work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate client schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique experiences and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored evidence-based treatment plans that address individual and cultural factors influencing mental health.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a variety of mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is required.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, complemented by a deep appreciation for cultural considerations in therapy.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusivity and cultural responsiveness.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
