Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to provide individual, group, and family therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach in supporting clients’ mental wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention services with empathy, assisting clients during acute emotional distress or emergencies and ensuring safe and effective responses.

• Engage in proactive community outreach efforts and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and dismantling stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from varied backgrounds, including different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic demographics. Qualifications\n

• Holding an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are critical, enabling you to establish therapeutic rapport and engage effectively with diverse clients.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence in working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds are vital for this role.

• Strong organizational and efficient time-management abilities are necessary for effective documentation and maintaining case notes in line with confidentiality standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in community mental health settings and providing telehealth services is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an asset in maintaining client records and treatment documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
