Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, providing you with the unique advantage of conducting therapy sessions from a home-based or preferred setting while maintaining a work-life balance. Our core hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to meet diverse patient needs.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and address shared mental health concerns.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Educating patients about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and resources available within the community.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Recognized competency in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated computer applications.
