Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, tailored to uncover the unique cultural and personal experiences of each patient to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and evaluate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring they are culturally responsive and foster inclusivity.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on resilience-building, coping strategies, and addressing specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care that emphasizes teamwork and communication.

• Provide critical crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills.

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including but not limited to individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrants facing unique challenges and stressors. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
