Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy services using secure telehealth platforms, fully adapting each session to meet the unique requirements of every client.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to set and review therapeutic goals, providing guidance and support through their mental health journey.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practices, tailored to each client's preferences.

• Maintain accurate, organized documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current, valid license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding in dealing with diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills to manage a full caseload effectively.
