Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health status and develop a thorough understanding of their specific needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and challenges faced by each client.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Utilize video conferencing and other teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring consistent availability and support for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Participate in ongoing continuing education and training to stay informed of the latest best practices and treatment methodologies in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
