Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing individual challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues; adept at building trust and fostering rapport.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple clients and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Experience with group therapy facilitation and family counseling is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $52,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
