Work Environment\n

This remote position provides flexibility while empowering our clinicians to support a vibrant community of clients. Expect to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility needed to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to provide a deep understanding of each patient's unique context, developing tailored treatment plans that honor their backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, that are individualized to clients’ cultural needs and personal challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing a range of mental health issues while promoting resilience and recovery among clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, remaining calm and resourceful during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available community resources, empowering them to navigate their treatment and support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong focus on cultural competence in delivering therapy.
