As a therapist at Better Life Clinical Center, you will manage your own schedule while ensuring availability during our core business hours to meet client needs. We also offer opportunities for evening shifts, allowing you to reach clients who may need services outside of traditional hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, intake interviews, and clinical evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to suit the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Conduct crisis interventions and offer immediate support to clients in distress, demonstrating both your clinical acumen and compassionate approach.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce associated stigma, enhancing community engagement and support for mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, varying in age and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as either a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy settings. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote working tools is highly advantageous. Experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, or family therapy will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and educational background. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
