Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to gather essential information about clients’ mental health history, needs, and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique challenges and objectives using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision to continuously enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience providing care to individuals, couples, and families, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills essential for effective therapy and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
