St. Paul Counseling Services is seeking committed and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFTs, LMHCs, LCSWs, and LCSW-Rs, to join our dedicated team. This full-time, remote position allows therapists to provide essential mental health support via telehealth, making a difference in the lives of our clients from the comfort of their homes.

Work Environment\n

Our therapists are provided with training and resources to maximize their impact in a remote setting. The standard schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to ascertain individual client needs and create customized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to help clients gain insights into their conditions and foster community support.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members for holistic care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Educate clients regarding their mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community support resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities.

• Continuously update knowledge on new research and developments in mental health therapy to enhance practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• Demonstrated expertise in recognizing mental health disorders and applying effective treatment strategies.

• Proven experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating sound treatment plans.

• Ability to deliver individual and group therapy effectively to varied populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
