Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specific to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Provide various modes of therapy—including individual, family, and group sessions—using approaches that resonate best with each client.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making timely adjustments to treatment strategies as appropriate to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, acting swiftly to assist clients in distress and connect them to necessary resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records that comply with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in teamwork with a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment, attending workshops and training sessions to continuously refine therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss case management and client care strategies, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.

• Abide by the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards, ensuring the trust and safety of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wise Mind Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities.
