Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, considering individual, group, and familial factors to tailor the most effective treatment interventions.

• Lead initial patient assessments to triage care and formulate personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Document assessment findings, treatment progress, and updates within our collaborative electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care during interdisciplinary meetings.

• Provide case management for designated clients, consulting and collaborating with hospital and community services to create a cohesive care strategy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), augmenting your approach with other clinical techniques to support patient outcomes.

• Uphold ethical standards in all documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with departmental requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will directly impact a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; further advanced degrees (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) must be obtained and current licensure is essential.
