Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, adhering to scheduled appointments to maintain continuity of care and support for all clients.

• Carry out comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to understand patients' needs and formulate effective treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to design, execute, and review personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the therapeutic goals of recovery.

• Develop navigable aftercare and discharge plans to support clients upon completion of their treatment, ensuring a successful transition to ongoing support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions, contributing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges associated with mental health issues and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in mental health counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and educational background.
