This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection with our clinical team. Our work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of patients. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health issues, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural factors influencing therapy.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services in a culturally responsive manner.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
