Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patients’ psychological states and formulate tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans specific to each patient's diagnosis, focusing on their unique strengths and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing personal growth, emotional understanding, and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of patients’ needs.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
