Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing clinical interviews, observation, and standardized tools to inform diagnostic formulations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to client goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma, while fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, guiding clients through acute mental health crises with de-escalation strategies and safety planning.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available community resources, advocating for their needs as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and pursuing additional certifications to stay informed about advancements in the field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
