Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify and formulate individualized treatment plans that target specific mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as family, marriage, and group therapy as needed, depending on your specialized training and client requirements.

• Perform mental health screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care as necessary.

• Document sessions accurately and timely in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Provide direct crisis intervention and referrals to additional services as required, ensuring a continuum of care for clients.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client population will primarily include individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
