Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring that client information is securely handled.

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Lead case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to reflect on clinical practices and share insights aimed at improving service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license permitting you to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York.

• Possess a deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in a personalized manner.
