Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs while crafting personalized treatment plans.

• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also engaging clients in discussions about their relationships, personal challenges, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, reflective of your experience and expertise, along with potential bonuses.
