Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and track progress over time.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, and groups through a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating seamless communication and support.

• Offer crisis intervention and timely support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Engage in community outreach activities, workshops, and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and foster inclusive environments.

Qualifications\n
