Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Therapist will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and create tailored treatment plans for individuals coping with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions and modifying care plans as needed to accommodate changes in patient status.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers, to develop comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continued care and support for patients.

• Providing referrals to additional mental health services, community resources, and support groups that can further assist in the patient's recovery.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies in response to feedback or changes in clinical indicators.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, Vatica Counseling Center offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, flexible hours that accommodate your lifestyle, and an opportunity to manage your caseload without the overhead costs associated with private practice.
