Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop a deep understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various settings: individual therapy, couples therapy, family meetings, and group sessions.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to create a seamless care experience for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries align with clinic policies and adhere to regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families by providing psychoeducation to equip them with valuable information and coping strategies for managing their mental health.

• Effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment approach, thereby maximizing patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
