Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to evaluate their mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing tailored intervention strategies based on the results of these assessments, applying graduate-level clinical techniques in social work and counseling.

• Triage patient care by identifying immediate needs and ensuring appropriate referrals or interventions are made as necessary.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary staff through regular meetings to discuss patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress updates, ensuring continuous, integrated care.

• Providing case management services for assigned clients, working closely with hospital and community resources to coordinate comprehensive support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation as per departmental requirements and ethical standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in treatment sessions to help clients achieve their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
