Although primarily remote, occasional in-office meetings may be scheduled based on team needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient backgrounds, goals, and challenges, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Proven track record in conducting mental health assessments and tailoring treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy within diverse communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
