Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Your expertise will empower these clients to build coping mechanisms and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions against your professional record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic approach to therapy.

• Strong computer proficiency for effective utilization of our digital therapy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have prior experience in remote therapy or telehealth services, as well as familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic approaches. Previous experience working with adult clients in an outpatient setting is highly valued and will facilitate a smoother transition into our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and the convenience of weekly direct deposits for your earnings.
