Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client needs.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Developing individualized treatment plans and ensuring timely follow-up to support continuous improvement.

• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team to create a cohesive treatment approach that aligns with each client's goals.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health and substance use disorders.

• Documenting progress and adjustments in treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain effective care.

• Participating in regular supervision and training sessions to refine therapeutic techniques and enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. This may include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. You will also work with families and couples, addressing their unique dynamics and promoting effective communication and understanding. Our diverse patient population reflects a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to utilize culturally informed practices and interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

• A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to staying updated on best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe therapeutic environment for clients to share their experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
