Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, developing tailored treatment plans that may include case management, short-term counseling, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Guide clients through the process of completing necessary documentation for entitlements, supplemental insurance, and benefits programs that reduce reliance on emergency assistance.

• Assist clients in accessing prescription cost assistance through pharmaceutical company programs and local community resources, ensuring affordability and continued treatment.
\n
• Act as a patient advocate when collaborating with community organizations and agencies, ensuring that clients receive the support and resources they need.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, while preparing necessary documentation for insurance and compliance purposes.

• Coordinate transportation assistance for clients when needed, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and appointments.
\n
• Participate in clinical and team meetings to discuss case reviews, sharing insights and strategies to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a wide array of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. We prioritize a biopsychosocial approach, recognizing that a person’s mental health is influenced by various factors, including their social circumstances and biological predispositions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• A current independent license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with digital communication tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of community resources and entitlement programs in Oregon is advantageous for effectively assisting clients.

• Background in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
