Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and document telehealth therapy sessions with clients, providing support for a range of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and objectives, continually adjusting these as necessary based on client feedback and progress observations.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes.

• Stay informed about best practices in the behavioral health field and actively integrate evidence-based interventions into your therapeutic approach.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, discussing strategies that enhance overall treatment efficacy.

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed, sharing insights and methodologies that promote high-quality care.

• Manage workflow effectively to handle high caseloads while ensuring quality services are maintained for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients throughout their treatment journey.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and caseload management capabilities.
