Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools, facilitating therapeutic conversations that promote mental health and well-being.

• Advocate for clients' needs by helping them set, track, and achieve realistic goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults dealing with low-acuity mental health concerns. This includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and stress management. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for remote counseling, allowing you to focus on providing effective treatment without the challenges inherent in more severe cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure in your discipline (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.

• Strong clinical skills and a history of developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Comfortable and proficient in using technology for telehealth delivery, including video conferencing software and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Way Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a robust pay structure, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors and ensure weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
