Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health needs, leading to the accurate diagnosis of various conditions such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in immediate need, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and emotional stability.

• Engage in case management activities, including triaging client needs, facilitating referrals, and maintaining regular communication with clients, their families, and external agencies.

• Document all therapeutic sessions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes in clients’ permanent medical records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultation meetings with colleagues to share insights on treatment strategies and improve client care outcomes.

• Fulfill other duties as required, demonstrating adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our clients and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
