Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth therapy sessions with clients to address a wide range of behavioral health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity and quality of healthcare.

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, a demographic that requires specialized attention and understanding. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and unrestricted professional license in Oregon as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport, empathy, and trust with clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
