Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), guiding clients through their treatment and helping them build resilience against life’s challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a professional and ethical approach to client documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
