Though working remotely, you will remain an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, participating in regular virtual meetings and collaborative discussions to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and document individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring consistent and comprehensive record-keeping in client charts, adhering to licensing standards.

• Collaborate effectively with primary therapists in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans for each assigned client.
\n
• Conduct individual counseling sessions at least once a week with each assigned client, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
\n
• Organize and facilitate group counseling sessions as scheduled, focusing on shared experiences and community building among clients.
\n
• Engage with clients in their daily treatment activities, offering real-time support and guidance to help them navigate barriers to recovery.
\n
• Maintain proactive communication with clients’ family members and referral sources, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's well-being.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, contributing insights and updates on client progress, while also collaborating on quality assurance initiatives.

• Involvement in quality improvement task groups, striving for ongoing enhancements in clinical procedures and client care.

• Complete all requirements for licensing compliance, ensuring client records are accurate, thorough, and reflect the delivery of quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You'll have the opportunity to engage with clients from different backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment while addressing their unique needs. Although geriatric experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, allowing flexibility in your application of skills across various age groups.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (e.g., MA in Counseling, MA in Clinical Social Work) is essential.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT in California. Please note that we cannot accept applicants with an associate license due to billing restrictions with Medicare.

• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word), are necessary for efficient documentation and communication.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple client cases simultaneously while providing quality care.

• A strong sense of self-direction is essential, as you will be expected to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric clients is highly regarded, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings, particularly in remote service delivery, is beneficial.
