Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, in accordance with agency guidelines and licensing standards, allowing for effective tracking of client progress and outcomes.

• Participate actively in unit programming initiatives, contributing to training and development sessions that enhance service delivery.

• Engage in regular communication with treatment teams, attending necessary meetings to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary coordination for optimal recovery.

• Contribute to the creation and modification of patient treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of client needs and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse range of clients with mood disorders, including anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
