Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique circumstances and needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to empower clients on their paths to recovery.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory guidelines to safeguard patient privacy and uphold ethical practice standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary care, leveraging each team member's expertise to optimize patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and case review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care and stay updated on the latest best practices in the mental health field.

• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community support services, fostering resilience and informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to tailor interventions to address individual client needs effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 for this full-time position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
