Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and the comfort of working from home. You will connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and privacy in all interactions. Emphasizing a healthy work-life balance, your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without the demands of on-call work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions via telehealth, offering individualized support to adult clients struggling with a variety of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and fellow counselors to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize validated monitoring tools to administer symptom self-assessments and evaluate functional improvements and goal progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultation and support sessions with colleagues to address complex case scenarios and enhance therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with adult clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and personal development for individuals navigating life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Possession of active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
\n
• Proven ability to provide telehealth therapy, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective and empathetic interactions with clients.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in clinical settings.
\n
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, private space to maintain patient confidentiality during sessions.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices is valued.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technologies will be beneficial for this role.
