Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions with clients to tackle emotional, mental, and behavioral issues, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be essential in guiding a diverse client base facing a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges. You'll work with individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated knowledge of current counseling principles, practices, and techniques, particularly in individual and family settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
