Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that each individual's needs are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to youth aged 10 to 24 years, along with their families. You will engage with clients experiencing a variety of challenges, including emotional and behavioral issues, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Your empathetic communication skills and therapeutic techniques will play an integral role in fostering trust and rapport with clients, helping them to express their concerns and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to practice in Oregon.

• Strong organization and time management skills to efficiently handle a high caseload.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary to ensure the delivery of quality services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with youth and families in a therapeutic capacity is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices is desirable, as you will be using virtual tools to communicate with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Telehealth Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
