Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Broadview, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals confronting mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. You may also provide support to clients coping with substance use and various behavioral health challenges. A deep understanding of cultural competence in therapy is essential to ensure that you can effectively meet the needs of all clients, respecting their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to address a range of mental health issues.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and cultural responsiveness.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
