Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, providing services during typical business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders, detailing symptoms' severity, frequency, and duration.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, aspirations, and treatment objectives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders, enhancing coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing pertinent information on treatment options and self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor and track patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work closely with a team of psychiatrists and medical professionals, ensuring cohesive and integrated care for patients.

• Stay attuned to the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
