Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health concerns, formulating effective, personalized treatment plans based on this insight.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that cater to clients' specific needs, fostering their mental wellness and growth.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, continually monitoring their progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients seeking flexibility, ensuring that individuals facing accessibility challenges can still receive necessary mental health support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

Applicants for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid and current license to practice in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold at least a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a community health setting or proficiency in delivering telehealth services can enhance your application. A background in treating diverse populations and experience with specific therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
