Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality telehealth services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Assess clients' mental health statuses through thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans reflecting best practices and evidence-based techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and ongoing assessments as dictated by organizational policy.

• Engage in constructive collaboration with team members to optimize therapy outcomes and enhance service delivery.

• Conduct mental health screenings to identify client needs and address them with appropriate interventions.

• Perform various administrative and clinical tasks as assigned to ensure operational safety and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field of social work or counseling (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with a focus on treating individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in managing cases with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, or providing therapeutic interventions to both individuals and groups.

• Proficiency and demonstrated success in working with children, families, and couples.

• A solid understanding of current principles, practices, and applicable techniques in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
