Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your role is crucial in fostering a trusting relationship with clients while creating a safe space for them to work through their challenges, ultimately guiding them toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Pennsylvania state license, such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in individual therapy settings, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines is paramount.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care or working with clients with trauma backgrounds is highly desirable but not mandatory.

• Exposure to telehealth modalities is a plus, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
